Christine M. Cunneen, CEO of Hire Image LLC

Since joining the company in 2005, she directly contributed to a six-fold increase in sales revenue and expanded the business to two locations (RI and FL). Ms. Cunneen also added drug screening and I-9 compliance to the service offerings and was responsible for the firm achieving its Employer Agent status with the Department of Homeland Security for the E-Verify program.

Previously, she had enjoyed a 13-year financial career in New York as a certified public accountant specializing in taxation for such companies as Barnes and Noble and ING.  

Ms. Cunneen is a Certified Public Accountant and maintains membership in the Rhode Island Society of CPAs.  She is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, National Association of Professional Background Screeners, Society of Human Resource Management, New England Human Resource Association, and the Human Resource Management Association of Rhode Island and has held leadership positions at the national and local level for most of these organizations.  She is a frequent guest speaker at association events throughout the U.S., educating employers and other professionals about background screening topics and is often quoted for her expertise in the news media.  On a regular basis, she travels to Washington, DC to meet with legislators and is active in writing campaigns and advocacy pertaining to laws and regulations that affect the industry.

Ms. Cunneen is also a member of the Advisory Committee for the Sue Weaver C.A.U.S.E. (promoting Consumer Awareness of Unsafe Service Employment), and on the Board of Big Sisters of Rhode Island. She is a 2006 recipient of the “Make Mine a Million Dollar Business” award from Count Me In, and credits this program for her continued growth and success.

She is a 1990 graduate of Hofstra University (Hempstead, NY) where she earned her bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting.

Thomas Tomlinson, Founder of Hire Image LLC

He is responsible for directing the operations of the company including managing researchers and ensuring Fair Credit Reporting Act compliance.  He oversees account managers supervising all work processes including accuracy, quality and timeliness of reports and also addressing staffing needs with regard to spikes in volume or rush orders.  Tom also supervises automated services, performs on-line investigations, manages the courthouse researchers, and is responsible for customer satisfaction and quality control. 

Mr. Tomlinson brings an extensive law enforcement background in corrections and private investigation in the state of Florida.  Prior to establishing Hire Image, he served as a private investigator for High-Tech Investigations, Inc. of Deerfield Beach, where he researched backgrounds of individuals and businesses.  Previously, he was corrections officer for the Broward County Sheriff’s Office in Ft. Lauderdale.

Mr. Tomlinson is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners.
