Thank you for your interest in Hire Image’s background screening services. You can easily request searches, track pending and completed reports and retrieve and archive completed background reports using our secure online system -- all with a click of your mouse!

Sign Up...

Becoming a Hire Image client is quick and easy – there are no start-up fees or monthly minimums. You can start screening your applicants today!  There are two easy methods to sign up.

Online:  Click here to complete our Client Agreement forms online and click "Open" when the Adobe Acrobat window opens. Complete required items in the form, then click "Submit Form."

Email, Fax or Mail

 Click here to access the Client Agreement forms. Select "Download" when the Adobe Acrobat window opens, and  then select "Open," or "Save" to save the file to your computer.

Send all pages of the completed agreement and required information to Hire Image via email: info@HireImage.com, toll free fax: 866-494-7191, or mail to Hire Image LLC, 6 Alcazar Avenue, Johnston RI 02919.


Sign On...

After we receive your agreements, Hire Image will review your agreement and process your account, then send you a unique username and temporary password to access the Hire Image background screening system.  We will also provide you with forms for your applicants (also available for download from this website).  You'll be up and running very quickly – usually within a couple of hours – after we receive your complete information.

 Begin Screening!

Once you receive your log-in, you can begin screening right away. It's that simple!
