Persons 21 years of age and older may use, grow, and possess marijuana for Recreational use. Employers do not have to permit or accommodate the use of marijuana in the workplace and may enact and enforce workplace policies restricting the consumption of marijuana by employees.
Salary History Bans
Currently, Massachusetts employers are prohibited from requiring Salary History from applicants before receiving a formal job offer. Employees may, however, freely volunteer such information with co-workers.
