The failed efforts of DoorDash and a background screening company accused of negligent screening, claimed the life of plaintiffs’ mother according to lawsuit. Robin Albright and Emily Martinson allege that DoorDash and their background screening company inadequately examined the background of driver Jonathan Frederick Lindow, who possessed a suspended driver’s license and multiple DUI convictions, as per the complaint filed in San Francisco Superior Court on Monday. This incident was recorded as Lindow’s seventh DUI.
