Hire Image LLC, a nationwide background screening, employment verification and drug testing company headquartered in Rhode Island, has announced that Dorothy Riley has been named compliance and operations manager for the company. Ms. Riley works out of Hire Image’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.
In this role, Ms. Riley assists the company’s director of compliance and operations, and is responsible for managing Hire Image’s on-going adherence to all sections of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and related state laws. Ms. Riley oversees the company’s implementation of National Association of Professional Background Screeners’ (NAPBS) accreditation standards. This oversight includes all aspects of compliance, operations, consumer affairs, data security and customer service.
“Dorothy has direct experience in the background screening industry and we are very pleased to have her on board,” says Christine Cunneen, CEO of Hire Image. “In addition to her screening agency background, she has taken the initiative to achieve advanced FCRA certification, and her skills and experience will help us to improve upon the already high quality of education and service that we provide for our clients.”
Ms. Riley recently served as chair of the NAPBS Education Committee, where she helped implement the FCRA certification exams. She is a member of NAPBS, and also the Milwaukee Metro Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Prior to joining Hire Image, Ms. Riley spent 13 years working as the director of operations for a background screening firm in Greenfield, Wisconsin. She is a graduate of Carroll University (Waukesha, Wisconsin), where she earned her bachelor’s degree.
Ms. Riley is a resident of New Berlin, Wisconsin.
