When 14-year-old Ryan Rogers went out for a bike ride on November 16th, his mother had no idea she would never see him again. The Florida teen was stabbed multiple times in the face and neck allegedly by Semmie Lee Williams, a homeless man, who has now been arrested … again. According to the article, “Due to his long criminal history, Williams was already in the system. He has a long rap sheet, ranging from strangulation to aggravated assault to being a fugitive on the run from the law in California.”
