As Hire Image previously reported, there had been a massive federal takedown of a fraudulent nursing diploma scheme awarding at least 7,600 fake diplomas to students paying an estimated $114 million. To date, she has paid back about $2.6 million after pleading guilty last year to a conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud and wire fraud.
