This report will provide a profile of the applicant's credit history including, charge-off's, collection accounts, public records, trade lines, bankruptcies, judgments, garnishments and monthly payment history. Credit reports are an individual pre-employment screening tool for candidates who may be handling cash, inventory, or finance/accounting. This report assists in determining an applicant's financial responsibility level and can also identify financial situations that are reflective of the applicant's behavior.
Bankruptcy, Liens & Judgment database search
Bankruptcies filed as recently as prior day and more than 100 million liens and judgments records at the federal, state and local levels. The search is a database search and does not include a court search.
Liens & judgment
Based on the jurisdiction searched, this report may include civil judgments, county, state and federal tax liens and small claims.
Federal and State civil records are searched for any tax liens placed on the applicants property.
