Abuse Registry
Many states maintain central child and elder abuse registries. Hire Image will search the appropriate registry for reportable information. This information can be invaluable when the applicant is working with children, the elderly or any vulnerable party.

This search meets the requirements for screening by the Office of Inspector General’s (OIG) Compliance Program with information from the following data sources: OIG, General Services Administration, Federal Drug Administration, Drug Enforcement Administration, Tri-Care (formerly Champus), sanction information for all 50 states, Patriot Act Search, Federal Sanction/Exclusion Datasets (DOJ, FBI, OFAC, SDN, US Marshals), and State Exclusion Lists.

Provides sanction information on healthcare organizations. This search meets the requirements for screening by the Office of Inspector General’s (OIG) Compliance Program with information from the following data sources: OIG, General Services Administration, Federal Drug Administration, Drug Enforcement Administration, Tri-Care (formerly Champus), sanction information for all 50 states, and Patriot Act Search.
OIG (Office of the Inspector General)
A search of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Office of the Inspector General’s list of all parties currently excluded from participating in federally funded healthcare programs called the List of Excluded Individuals/Entities. Bases for exclusion include convictions for program-related fraud and patient abuse, licensing board actions and default on Health Education Assistance Loans.
SAM (System for Award Management)
A search of the official U.S. government website System for Award Management for excluded individuals/entities. The GSA Excluded Parties List System was replaced by SAM in 2012.
