Employers are specifically not required to permit or accommodate the use, consumption, possession, transfer, display, transportation, sale, or growing of marijuana in the workplace. Persons age 21 and older may legally possess, use, display, purchase, or transport Marijuana for recreational use.

Currently, Colorado employers are prohibited from (1) seeking the wage history of a prospective employee; (2) relying on the Wage History of a prospective employee to determine a wage rate; or (3) discriminating or retaliating against a prospective employee for failing to disclose wage history.
